"I believe that [my breakup] hurt my in some strange way." The 31-year-old Canada native spoke exclusively to Us Weekly at the h.wood Group's Homecoming Weekend party in Los Angeles, Friday, February 11. "I believe I know more about what I want and [that] has made [that] more picky. But the right person will come along, and I'll know it because I've failed so many other times."

Moynes competed on season 16 and 17 of The Bachelorette. However, he admitted that he had a long list of qualities for a future partner, but he is "very happy" on his own at the moment.

Moynes was first seen on Clare Crawley's and Tayshia Adams’ shared season of ABC's reality TV series in Oct 2020. He then returned the next year to romance Thurston. proposed to his late arrival during the August 2021 finale. Three months later, they ended their engagement.
