The Future of Owen Wilson on Loki Season 2, Revealed

This Loki is the news you need today.

Mobius, the TVA agent, is back for season 2 of Disney+’s Loki! WIRED's 'Autocomplete Interview ,"-- where celebrities answer the most-Googled queries about themselves-- Owen Wilson answered an unanswered question: "Is Owen Wilson returning to Loki?"

Wilson confirmed that he was returning to Loki. "And I believe we'll start filming that very soon," Wilson said.

He said, "I had a great experience working on Loki." I enjoyed Tom Hiddleston, and all of the people there."

Although it seemed very likely that Wilson's character Mobius would return, we are happy to confirm this. The last time we saw him was during season one's finale of fantasy series. He was back in TVA after Sylvie ( Sophia Di Martino) had split the multiverse by killing He Who Remained ( Jonathan Majors).

Sylvie had previously shoved Loki (Hiddleston), through a portal to the TVA to ensure that he would not get in the way. However, when she did it, she accidentally sent Loki (Hiddleston) through a portal back to the TVA, which caused Mobias to not recognize the God of Mischief.

The second season of the Michael Walton-created series follows Loki, the God of Mischief, a mercurial villain. It takes place after the events of Avengers Endgame was announced in July.

A message that said "Loki will Return in Season 2" appeared at the end of season one's finale.

The series was nominated to a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2022. It also stars Wunmi Moaku, Lauren Revard and Tara Strong.
