Julia Haart, My Unorthodox Life's, Files a Restraining Order against Silvio: Everything You Need to Know About Their Messy Split

Us Weekly confirmed the Russian native filed to end their marriage on February 9, just two years after they were married. Page Six reported days later that Julia had filed a petition to revoke her marriage to Fastweb founder. She claimed she was "terrified" by him.

"He routinely berated and called me a venomous snake and a monster, and a liar in the presence third parties and sometimes my children. Her petition stated that one of his favorite epithets was to tell me to "go f-k myself." "In January 2022 I confronted Silvio about his abusive behavior. He told me that anyone who heard him speak and act to me would think he was a terrible person. He threatened me and said: "If you ever speak out about my treatment of you or your children, I will kill them." '"

Julia claimed that she was in severe emotional distress during her relationship with Silvio and because of Silvio’s verbal abuse. She shares her daughter Miriam with Yosef Hendler . She claimed that her mother once "cried hysterically" at their home.

Miriam claimed that she was afraid for her safety, and seriously considered calling the cops. Page Six. "I was afraid he was hurting my mother... I ran to the room and discovered my mother naked on the bathroom floor, sobbing and curled up on it."

Miriam is also a My Unorthodox Life star. She shares Shlomo, Aron, and Batsheva with Hendler. Julia, then 19, was the first to wed and she quit her strict Jewish community. Julia claimed that Silvio had insulted her youngest child over his religious beliefs.

"Recently on January 23, 2022 [Silvio] entered the bathroom while I was washing my face, and screamed, 'I hate you children and this place. ... I hate Shabbos [the Sabbath] so I don't want it to be in my home. '"

The fashion mogul said, "I have become an emotionally wreck for fear that he will return to my home at anytime of the day or night." He recently dismissed me summarily from our jointly-owned business, took my credit cards away, and made unfounded allegations against me.

Julia, Silvio's model agency and talent agency, was named CEO before the couple split. The New York Times joked that she was "horrible” to him during their time together.

Julia said that she had much respect for him in July 2021. His life was as sheltered and unstructured as mine. He had been everywhere. He had seen everything. He took it as a man, even when I shouted at him. This made me smile."

Refusing to Believe Rumors

Rumours circulated in late 2021 that the couple had split up, but a source refuted the rumors to US.

Us confirmed Julia's divorce filing on February 9, after two years of marriage.

Cameras Are Rolling

After the breakup became a major news story, Us was informed by a source that season 2 had begun production on Netflix's family series. The source also stated that "cameras would have captured everything."

Julia's Fired

The designer was fired by Silvio's firm. Us confirms that an internal memo was sent before the split news was announced. An insider claims that Julia was "blindsided by the decision" and was working with her lawyer to find a solution.

Julia's Allowed Withdrawals

Julia filed for divorce one day after being informed that the board was planning to fire her. Us has obtained documents that show that the move "breached" a January 19, 2022 agreement she signed with Silvio Scaglia. This agreement stipulated that withdrawals could not exceed $250,000 "other than to pay a mortgage, rent, or current living expenses."

According to the documents, Silvio seeks "(a) the return of the converted money; (b) damages due [Julia]'s] conversion and breach of contract; and (c) declaration of constructive trust exceeding $850,000."

Restraining Order

Page Six reported on February 10 that Julia had filed a petition to a restraining or order alleging that Silvio had threatened Julia's life. The paperwork stated that her estranged husband became "increasingly volatile and abusive," adding that Silvio had allegedly threatened Julia with death.

Silvio's Response

Julia's restraining orders claims were the subject of headlines. A Silvio rep responded to Us by saying, "This is just one day in the life a reality TV star, in an effort to divert attention from the factual misappropriation case just filed against her."

According to a source, the tech CEO and his staff "are unaware of any restraining orders being sought in court." According to a source, the tech CEO and his team have not been served with any motion seeking an order of restraining. They also don't know any grounds for such an order.

Julia files a second Restraining Order after Elite Firing

In February 2022, the Brazen author filed a second petition against her spouse in Delaware. She claimed that Silvio acted out "vindictiveness" and "avarice" on the eve of her divorce filing.

Her Lawyer Speaks Out

"The claims against Julia Haart don't have any basis in fact. They are an attempt by Sylvio Skaglia take the focus off of his history of failed investments [La Perla Babelgum, Yewno]," Julia’s attorney, Marty Singer stated in a statement to US in February 2022. "In reality, the only company still owned and valued by Scaglia is the one that was managed by Haart. Haart took over operations of the company, which has seen its value increase by more than 5 times, from $90 million up to $500 million. The lawsuit's basis is a jointly-owned account. This is the same account Mr. Scaglia used for his divorce lawyers. Julia filed an action at the Delaware Court of Chancery earlier today to challenge the actions of Mr. Scaglia and her unauthorized termination.
