Success continues for the Spanish series Acapulco, the third season of which was released on May 1, 2024 on the Apple TV platform. With and produced by Eugenio Derbez, this new burst of ten episodes extends his stay in Las Colinas, the seaside resort which benefits the social ascension of the main character.

Inspired by the film How to be a Latin Lover released in 2017, the series was created by Austin Winsberg, also showrunner with Chris Harris, Eduardo Cisneros and Jason Shuman. It is also co-produced by Benjamin Odell, Eric and Kim Tannenbaum (Home Economics, The Last O.G.). Most of the series' actors are Mexican or Latin American, and little known in other roles.

In 1984, Maximo, a young Mexican, gets one of his dream jobs in the seaside resort of Acapulco. However, he will quickly realize that his new job is much more complicated than he imagined. In season 3, the series continues to explore the past with the year 1985, where Maximo experiences a real rise to success, while showcasing the character today, as he looks back on the mistakes he made he could have committed.

The Apple TV platform hosts the American series Acapulco. To have access to this streaming platform, a subscription is necessary. As the service is paid, it will cost you 9.99 euros per month without commitment. No subscription is possible for a period of 6 months or a year. You can also have access to Apple TV content via your Canal subscription which, as a reminder, starts from 22.99 euros per month.
