Peggy Zabakolas, a real estate expert, discusses Move to Discovery+ Series Selling the Hamptons'

The reality star, who is 34 years old, said Us Weeklyexclusively that "it's an incredible cast with amazing homes." It's going be something viewers will enjoy and complete escapism. It's something I am just so excited about."

Zabakolas was first introduced to fans when she appeared on Netflix's Million Dollar Beach House. She told Us that the show was currently on a pause.

The television personality explained why she decided to leave the project she was working on.

Us Zabakolas said, "If there's an opportunity that knocks and it's a great fit, then why not!" It was a great opportunity and it is really exciting. I have always done what I did to help my clients, and my future clients. Million Dollar Beach House was in the top 10. It was great! It's my only hope that it will help to elevate the business.

She intends to help potential buyers of real estate with Selling the Hamptons. This series will feature one her million-dollar beach house properties. Fans were left wondering if Zabakolas had received the "$35 million stunner" in Southampton at the end of the first season of Netflix's series.

It has an outdoor basketball court, an indoor and outdoor movie theater, and everything inside it. It has a 15-foot LED screen that rises from the ground," Zabakolas told Us. It's West Coast meets East Coast. It has transparent viewing windows, a sunken fireplace pit, an indoor pool, 9 bedrooms, and 12 bath[rooms]. You will find every luxury amenity possible!"

Selling Hamptons will not only show luxury properties but also some drama between Zabakolas' and her coworkers.

The star said, "You always need some drama." "I believe that this [show] helped me grow. Million Dollar Beach House aired almost three years ago. In three years, my growth was exponential. My focus has changed a bit, whether it be on work or personal drama. Therefore, I've shifted my focus to work and have acted like I have blinders on for work. You can't have reality without drama."

However, you shouldn't expect too much from Zabakolas' private life.

The Discovery+ star shared that "a lot of my personal lives are on Instagram", noting that her boyfriend "is very private."

The real estate agent is not afraid to share her private life with viewers. She explained that she wants them to be "quiet" about what happens when the cameras aren’t rolling.

"I am very transparent. Zabakolas said that social media allows you to see more about me, my family and the things I enjoy that I don’t do on the show. "When it comes down to the show I am listening by ear. I do respect [my boyfriend's] wishes. Although he's not on the show, he is a full part of my social media life. You can learn so much more about my life. I am an independent, strong-willed female who is determined to build a brand. Nothing can stop me. I would rather be focused on my interests, my success and what I like than my relationship.

Us: There is still a bit of summer. How can you make sure your body is ready for the beach?

PZ I think that when you are younger you get too obsessed with what you eat and your appearance. You don't listen and learn from yourself. Instead, now I listen to my body. It took me 34 years before I found my body, and now I'm happy with it. I enjoy boxing, horseback riding, and hiking. To keep it all fun.
