Justice, Anitta... The musical releases of the week

On the program for this new week, several unmissable outings for all tastes!

It's cold ? Spring is slow to warm up our days? Don't panic, here is the playlist of the week's new releases, specially designed to bring a little warmth to your weekend. This Friday, April 26, several releases are worth noting on the music planet: how can we miss the highly anticipated new Justice album, Hyperdrama? But the French duo is not the only one to offer a bit of new stuff this week, also marked by the return of Christine and the Queens with the single Retour chez moi, just like the Brazilian star Anitta with her new album Funk Generation.

Finally, let's close this playlist with a new version of a hit: Sang pour Sang, by David Hallyday. Plug in your speakers, turn up the volume, let's start the playlist of this week's releases:

It's THE return of this spring: the long-awaited return of the French electro duo Justice. A comeback began with three singles, and a star-studded return to the American Coachella festival. Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, who have not published anything for seven years and the album Woman in 2016, unveil thirteen tracks here, including two songs with Tame Impala.

Another return, which we expected not so soon, that of the singer Christine and the Queens, who publishes the single return home, just a few days after announcing it on social networks.

The Brazilian star releases his new album this Friday, Funk Generation, a tribute to “Rio funk”. “Funk is part of the culture of those living in the Brazilian favelas, where I come from. It has been deemed worthless and even associated with organized crime. A reflection of the class prejudices and racism that haunt our society” , writes the singer on her social networks.

David Hallyday, musician, singer and... son of Johnny Hallyday, announces the upcoming release of an album of mixed covers of Taulier's hits and his songs. The first extract, a new version of Sang pour Sang, a title they shared, was released this week.
