The rock festival Roadburn in Tilburg, the netherlands this year, been voted the best festival in the Netherlands. It was Saturday night announced the award of the Iron Podiumdieren during the festival Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen, the netherlands.
The first edition of the Roadburn took place in the year 1999. The festival's program in particular, hard rock, metal, and experimental music.
"for years Roadburn in the netherlands and abroad, far beyond the borders of europe known in the area. A very careful search of musical pearls it's a solid, heavy-spectrum," according to the panel of judges. "The artists will be presented, which are not available anywhere else to experience it. The no-compromise, pure artistic practice continues to this year's festival ahead of its time."
The Iron Podiumdieren are range awards, which, since 1997, annually awarded by the Association of Dutch pop venues and Festivals.
the music hall Rowtown, in Rotterdam, has won this year's Iron theatre animal. According to the jury, it is a Relationship "very clever" and "very loving place to work".
