Alain Delon's daughter is suing her brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, for invasion of privacy after they broadcast recordings of conversations between their father and her.
The Alain Delon affair will now be played out in court. Agence France Presse told us this Friday March 29 that Anouchka, the daughter of the French actor, was suing her two brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien. She accuses them of invasion of privacy after they both recorded it without her knowledge and broadcast the exchanges on Instagram.
The trial between the Delon siblings will take place in the Paris court in April 2025. As Le Parisien specifies, Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon will be judged by direct summons for "use, conservation or disclosure of a document or recording obtained by a violation of the privacy of another's private life.
The recordings subsequently broadcast on social networks would have been captured on January 5, 2024, in Alain Delon's residence in Douchy. This conversation between Anouchka and their father was then published on their Instagram accounts two days later. During this excerpt, we can hear a woman addressing her "dad", telling him in particular: "They are burying me and you are being taken for a moron [...] ] and me for an idiot who manipulates her father [...] You have to be especially wary [...]The trap will close on you."
This upcoming trial is a new chapter in a case that has been tearing the Delon family apart since January. Whether through the media, on social networks or through legal actions, Anouchka on the one hand, Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon, are arguing about their father's state of health. Now 88 years old, Alain Delon worries his children and was placed under “judicial protection” at the end of January, and a representative was appointed to assist the actor with his medical follow-up and other life activities current.
The two brothers also accuse their sister of "manipulating" the French actor and of having hidden from them the deterioration of the Cheetah's state of health.
