Take a break

Improve yourself

Determine the reason behind your frustration. If it’s due to your lack of ability to do something, you can improve in doing it. You can study new courses or learn a new skill. You may also talk to experts who will help you. Just because you feel down right now doesn’t mean you will stay that way forever. You can always move up and be better. Life offers many opportunities to improve. It’s up to you how you will make the most of what’s available.
