Tarn-et-Garonne: a 17-year-old missing, what we know

Attended the Bourdelle high school in Montauban, Nathan, 17, has not given any sign of life since Wednesday at 10 a.m.

“Active searches are being carried out to try to find him,” divisional commissioner Régis Allegri assures La Dépêche. On Wednesday March 13, shortly after 10 a.m., young Nathan, 17, was reportedly seen leaving the Bourdelle high school in Montauban. Those who live in the commune of Génébrières, located to the south-east of the town of Ingres in Tarn-et-Garonne, go to school there. He was then seen one last time at the bus stop near the establishment. Without news, his mother reported his disappearance to the police in the afternoon, also posting a message on Facebook.

Dark brown, brown eyes, Nathan is 1.70 meters tall and has a slim build. He weighs 60 kg. According to the national police's call for witnesses on the social network, the young man, Caucasian, wore a black parka, gray sports shoes and was in possession of a black bag full of clothes to sell. Anyone who may have seen or heard something about him is invited to contact the Montauban police station on 17 or directly, namely 05 63 21 54 00 during the day on weekdays, and 05 63 21 54 12 on evenings and weekends.

“It seems that it is not this boy's habit to leave,” the departmental director of the national police further clarified to La Dépêche. For her part, Nathan's mother told the daily that her son was "an intelligent child, who has rather good grades" and "is interested in everything". And the mother nevertheless adds: "But since he entered high school, I no longer recognize him. He is very impressionable and has bad company."
