The benchmark rankings remain the Skytrax Awards which distinguish companies each year in several categories: "Best companies in the world", "Best low cost", "Best regional companies", "Best on-board entertainment", "Best Eco classes". .. The British body relies on the opinions of nearly 21 million passengers worldwide. For the sixth time since the award was established in 1999, Qatar Airways has been named the world's best airline in 2021 by Skytrax.
