Brad Pitt: I Have been for a year and a half in Alcoholics anonymous

A glass of too knocked down while returning home with a private plane that was the last straw in the crisis of their relationship lasting for 11 years. Now, in an interview to the New York Times, the actor reveals that after breaking up with the wife and after the divorce he spent a year and a half in the group of Alcoholics Anonymous.

“A group of men only, which amazed me for the way in which they show their vulnerability,” said Pitt, “are put at their ease by this protected space where no one judges no one”. Surprisingly, none of the participants in those sessions has ever sold to the tabloid sensationalist stories told by Pitt. “It was really liberating to be able to expose the sides bad of you,” Pitt explained. “There is great value in this”.
