[Updated Oct 8, 2021 9am] The Formula 1 season continues this weekend with the Turkish Grand Prix! After a spectacular GP in Sochi following the onset of rain in the final laps causing an upheaval in the standings and Lewis Hamilton's victory ahead of Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz, the Istanbul Park circuit is therefore the scene of a new duel between the leaders of the world championship. In the standings, only two points separate the Briton and the Red Bull driver. The Austrian team will also wear a white tunic for the occasion in tribute to Japan and its Honda engine which leaves at the end of the season.
