The Room of Requirement is a small paradise within the huge Hogwarts castle. It is also your base in Hogwarts Legacy. We explain how to access it.
[Updated February 20, 2023 at 5:58 p.m.] In order to satisfy as many players as possible, Hogwarts Legacy has a few mysteries that you will need to solve at some point, such as the Room of Requirement. The latter, which can be found in the Astronomy tower of the Scottish castle, contains absolutely everything you will need to create a base worthy of the name at Hogwarts, a base in which you can grow plants, concoct your potions and raising animals. We explain how to access the Room of Requirement in Hogwarts Legacy.
The progression system of Hogwarts Legacy is quite simple, your character must follow one or more main quests and complete the secondary quests as he wishes to progress in the story. If the first will allow you to unlock certain gameplay elements, they also constitute the main frame of the game, and be careful not to progress too quickly so as not to spoil your pleasure. Especially since the side quests of the game, in particular excursions with your classmates, can allow you to obtain certain essential techniques such as the flight on the back of Thestral or Hippogriff. As for the Room of Requirement, we fall into the first category. Accessing the magic room only requires progress through the main quests, until you get the famous quest: "The Room of Requirement". This quest will only appear after completing the "Tomes and Tribulations" quest. Complete "The Room of Requirement" and you'll gain access to your small in-game base. This quest will require you to interact with Professor Weasley and Peek, who will teach you three Conjuration spells to be used only inside the Room of Requirement.
The Room of Requirement is, quite simply, your base in Hogwarts Legacy. You can access it directly from the small Sun icon above your Hogwarts map. In the Room of Requirement, you can brew potions and grow plants, all thanks to various equipment that you can buy in Hogsmeade in the book shop at the entrance of the village. Keep your galleons during your game because the diagrams of the objects to conjure in your Room of Requirement are expensive.
