The way from the Netherlands: I will bring the best entrepreneurs on Bali

You see them everywhere: for Dutch entrepreneurs in foreign countries. Why are all they will ever just pack up and leave, and the grass really that much greener on the other side? This week, Brigitte van der Pluijm, which is in the paradise of Bali entrepreneurs with a fresh head full of ideas and help at their business retreats.

for Three weeks, on a sunny day, the Indonesian island on your calendar is empty, your professional goals, to work, to dolijstjes enable you to be inspired by entrepreneurs seeking out: not really a vacation, or a business retreat. Van der Pluijm took over at the beginning of last year, CoworkParadise a successful retreat program in Bali, and for the entrepreneurs from all over the world.

CoworkParadise was started five years ago by two of Amsterdam's boys, who are too busy with their own business, says Van der Pluijm (51) for a year now, she is the new owner. "I love to travel, and wanted to do something different, and my kids are all living on their own. Bali is a wonderful place and every time I came here, it felt like coming home. Entrepreneurs are my target audience would have been immediately obvious. This group will give me energy, and then, you know, that's fine. Yoga retreats have it all!"

Van Der Pluijm has worked for many years in the marketing and public relations, and can become engrossed in the businesses, she said. "But, I am now an entrepreneur."
No questions asked due to the time difference,

While on a business retreat on CoworkParadise, says Van der Pluijm, a participant for two to three weeks is the time to spruce it up with other entrepreneurs, to see the calendar empty and the hours of peace and quiet to work, because of the time difference with Europe and the United States of america. In addition, Bali is so much different than what you're used to in the West, to clear your mind and the rest will come by itself, says Van der Pluijm.

"The climate's wonderful, the people are very friendly and quiet, and know not to stress. You have to actually get out of your routine and brings new ideas and insights. If you combine that with a dozen other entrepreneurs from all over the world who are sharing their knowledge, successes, failures, and experience and would like to share, it's a synergy that can bring."

“I have an income threshold of eur 250 000, and the work doesn't start-up.”

and Because customers and employees in the West are still sleeping, the busy person to the business, retreat, Bali, a quiet morning, says Van der Pluijm. "It turns out that that is really a solution which I have not yet thought it had been. The staff took sudden responsibility to tell the participants, as they will be móéten. It's time to go to sleep, it's in Europe, around 15: 00. This will teach you to do the work to let it go."

The participants will be staying in a hotel very close to the sea and the rice fields, and they will be able to start the day with yoga on the roof. The group will be carefully screened by their new owner. "I have an income threshold, and the work doesn't start up. We want entrepreneurs to have a successful business, in order to really can learn from each other." The participants must, therefore, have a income of 250 000 per year to earn, says Van der Pluijm. "They need to have a wealth of knowledge, so that others can learn from them."

to Kickstart, trees and networks,
some of the participants to each other as friends for life, says Van der Pluijm, or they decide to work together. "We will start the day with a chapter for each person where the purpose of the day is about."

How do I get more of a bond with my staff, for example, and how will my product be innovative? How do I get a grant, and I can say that my staff is remote (outside your office) to work? The idea is that entrepreneurs learn from each other, and Van der Pluijm hire an external party for support, such as a business coach, or growthspecialist. In addition to exchanging ideas, networking, and learning from each other, is organizing the retreateigenaar trip, there is plenty of time to enjoy the island, yoga, and food.

As the participants are already successful company to the next level, try to lift it, Van der Pluijm has a start-up entrepreneur. "We are not to be picked up by the Urban List and is listed as one of the top six business retreats in the world. I am very happy with this compliment, and now I'm going to make it come true."

They will be on the retreat in February. "After that, my focus is on me and my future. I was staying in the hotel, but if I have a home and a life in the Netherlands and want to leave it: I don't know yet. The first of three retreats, organize, then go take a look!"
