May be the largest

the centre party has long been a ordførerparti. Even if they are the third largest party, with "only" 14.4 per cent of the votes on a national basis, is therefore likely to get 42,5 per cent of the mayors.

It will say that the Sp gets almost exactly three times as many mayors as what they "should" get if the support on the countrywide had been leading. Similar figures are also in the current period.
