The accused man refuses Tuesday straffskyld for all of the points in the indictment.
Monday started the trial against the man in the 60s. He is indicted for abuse of eight boys over several years in Tjeldsund in Nordland.
During the court the other day refutes the defendant all of the sexual physical advances.
He tells that there has been a large degree of openness between him and several of the offended person. The man says they have been able to talk about the most.
He also tells about how it is to have a overgrepsanklage against him in the small community that Tjeldsund.
– I have been the victim of a witch hunt, " said the defendant.

After a half-year investigation had the police rolled up 40 offended in the matter. The abuse must have been going on since the beginning of the 1970s.

All of the offended person was related to Tjeldsund. The matter has subsequently been referred to as the Tjeldsund-case.
First day in court started with the witness statements from the offended boys. They told the that the defendant gradually changed from natural intercourse to sexual advances and abuse.
It should also have been threats of violence if they did not want to continue.
